Mesa Municipal Court

Mesa Municipal Court handles misdemeanors charged by the Mesa Police Department within Mesa’s city limits. Our office works extensively with the Mesa Police department, Mesa Municipal Court, Mesa Prosecutor’s office, and Mesa City Court Judges.

Gilbert Municipal Court

When charged with a misdemeanor in Gilbert, by the Gilbert Police Department, your court is heard at the Gilbert Municipal Court. As a former deputy county attorney, Mr. Tobin specifically prosecuted cases in this courthouse. Our office is very familiar with Gilbert’s agencies, rules, and procedures.

Chandler Municipal Court

Chandler Municipal Court hears misdemeanor matters that are charged by the Chandler Police Department within Chandler’s city limits. Our office regularly appears in this Court and defends against a wide variety of charges.

Apache Junction Municipal Court

Apache Junction Municipal Court hears misdemeanor cases that are charged by the Apache Junction Police Department for incidents within its city limits. With our office located a few miles down the US 60, we appear in this court often.

Tempe Municipal Court

Tempe Municipal Court hears misdemeanor cases that are charged by the Tempe AZ Police Department for incidents within its city limits. With our office located a few miles down the US 60, we appear in this court often.

Apache Junction Justice Court

If you’ve been cited for a misdemeanor within Apache Junction’s jurisdictional boundaries, by either DPS or the Pinal County Sheriff’s office, your case will be at the Apache Junction Justice Court. Tobin Law Office is familiar and experienced in the procedures and nuances of this court.

East Mesa Justice Court

When charged with a misdemeanor, within East Mesa’s jurisdictional boundaries, by the Maricopa County’s Sheriff’s Office or Department of Public Safety, you’ll case will be held at the East Mesa Justice Court.

Highland Justice Court

The Highland Justice Court, located on the first floor of the Gilbert City Courthouse, handles misdemeanor incidents within Highland’s boundaries that are charged by either the Maricopa County’s Sheriffs or Department of Public Safety.

Kyrene Justice Court

Kyrene Justice Court handles misdemeanors from the Arizona State University Police Department, Sheriff’s Office, and Department of Public Safety for incidents that take place within Kyrene’s jurisdiction.

North Mesa Justice Court

If you’ve been charged with a misdemeanor by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office or Department of Public Safety, within North Mesa’s jurisdiction, your case will be heard at the North Mesa Justice Court. Our office is less than a mile from this Court, and as such, we appear there often.

San Tan Justice Court

When charged with a misdemeanor crime by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office or the Department of Public Safety, within San Tan’s jurisdictional boundaries, your case will be at the San Tan Justice Court. Located in Chandler, this Court is only a few miles from our office.

San Marcos Justice Court?

Misdemeanor charges that take place within San Marcos, and charged by MCSO or DPS, will be heard at the San Marcos Justice Court. Tobin Law Office regularly appears at this Justice Court; this courthouse is only a few miles south of our office.

Scottsdale City Court

If you have been charged with a misdemeanor by the Scottsdale Police, your case will likely be held at the Scottsdale City Court. Alternatively, criminal cases in Scottsdale are held inside the Scottsdale Justice Center.

University Lakes Justice Court

If you’ve been charged with a misdemeanor offense by the Arizona State University Police Department, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, or the Department of Public Safety, for an incident within University Lake’s Jurisdictional Boundaries, your case will likely be in this Court. Attorney Tobin appears in this court often.
